Korean At A Glance [Lesson Nine]

       Assalamualaikum & salam sejahteraan.. Waaaa seronok bonar den jalan2 hari ni.. tp den tak pi pokan.. jalan2 dalam KLIA ja.. haha.. "kenapakah yommo berckap sedemikian rupa? tukar kepala dgn org pekan ke?? " haha... maaf murid2, cikgu yommo is a little bit dizzy after all day driving and walking and talking and eating (sket je, diet!) haha..  apa yg terjadi hari ni tak dirancang tp alhamdulillah tak ada halangan kuat (yg slow2 ade jugak ).. semua hal berjalan dgn lancar..


     Sebenarnye cikgu nak lepas stress (sbb exam lah, ape gi yg nk di stress kan, kan..) haha.. dalam mase stress, dalam kurungan, bosan tu, kawan cikgu ajak pergi KLIA.. nak jumpa kawan sbelum dia fly to Australia.. gittueeeww.. hahahahak..  tanpe segan silu, yommo pun ikut laa.. Actually sis called ckp nk gi KLIA jugak, jemput daddy.. hihi dah tu, sekali laa kan.. kat KLIA laa bnyk perkare 'indah' dan 'happy' yg mengurangkan (dah takde la) stress or bosanku itu.. cuci mata laa orang kate, bukan yommo kate.. haha.. tu laa sedikit tak banyak apa yg berlaku kat cikgu hujung minggu ni.. okeylaa, mesti korang bosan dgn cerita cikgu sbb korang tak seronok macam cikgu.. hahaha.. kidding uols.. ok2, meh, dekat2 sikit, cikgu dah nk start lesson baru ni.. :D :D

COMBINING HOURS AND MINUTES

      In the following, note that pan means half and is used as an alternative to sam-ship-ppun ( 30 mins ). As in English, after 31 mins past the hour, time may be expressed in two ways. For example, 4:35 is ne-shi sam-ship-o-bun ( four thirty-five ) or ta-seot-ship-o-bun cheon ( twenty-five minutes before five )

4:40 ne-shi sa-ship-ppun
4:45 ne-shi sa-ship-o-bun cheon ( or quarter to five )
